On your own, you will produce the Axeworthy Ghost you wish to have float in the air.  It can be attached to the cable with 10 lb test fishing line.

The Axeworthy Ghost has the wheels mounted on a triangular base that can either be strapped to a tree or attached with fasteners to a structure.
