There seems to be nothing in a haunted house that seems to fascinate people more than when objects talk to them UNLESS it is one that interacts with them.  A modified Talking Boris or even a Talk Thru Bones Jones could be made to speak with people as they walk by.  We are NOT limited to a wrought iron mount for the skull.  Using the Bones Jones, you can mount your skull sconce on a wall plaque as it is not a full head prop.  The candle can be added for additional lighting for your visitors.  An X10 camera or intercom system to this prop could be used to interact with visitors.
